Kundalini Yoga
was originally the knowledge of energy. Over a period of time, movements where added to support the optimal flow in the body. Each class is a unique journey that includes breath, movement, meditation, mantra and relaxation. This practise aligns body, mind and soul.
The Kundalini energy is part of every human being. It’s our full potential. It’s pure consciousness.
Through this practise the entire energy will be activated and brought into your unique alignment. It strengthens the nervous system, which then allows us to hold higher vibrations in the body and mind. This self-awareness journey teaches how to manage emotional well-being, gain mental clarity and energetic purity. The practise brings deep healing into a unique alignment of body, mind & soul.

Kundalini Yoga Library on demand
Rent the library of over 80 different live taught Kundalini Yoga classes accessible 24/7. Bring yourself into your conscious alignment through this practise.
You will have access to all past live class recordings for one month. The classes go from gentle breathing classes to energetic workouts. There are shorter classes like 20 & 30 minutes. The general class length is 75 minutes. You can always practise shorter sequences which are all written in each class discribtion.
The library membership “One Month, all recordings” can be canceled on a monthly base. No long term commitment. I’ll support you if needed.
